Q: Where can I find my closest Giordano store?

Giordano is located in most major shopping centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. To find your closest store, please go to the locations page and select your state.

Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?

Giordano will honour cash or exchange of merchandise of equivalent value upon presentation of the original receipt. If the original receipt is not presented, no cash refund will be given. The item can only be exchanged at the current selling price. Merchandise returns are not eligible for WWS Bonus points.

Q: When will the webshop be available again?

Currently, the webshop is closed indefinitely. We anticipate it to be re-opened at some stage, but unfortunately we are unable to give a date.

Q: What is the WWS membership, and how do I sign up for it?

To reward our loyal customers, we offer 10% discount on all full priced items for life, and as a special treat we give you 20% off all full priced items during your birthday month. To become a member, you must spend at least $500 in our stores, but don't worry, you can accumulate purchases over two years. In order to register, please go to E-Giordano.com

Q: How do I receive my discount and/or redeem my points?

When you become a WWS member, you are asked to register your mobile number and a six digit pin code. When you return to a store, simply provide your mobile number. The system will automatically calculate your discount, and add points to your account. To redeem your points, you must provide your pin code for verification purposes.

Q: How can I check my account balance?

To check your account balance and purchase history, log in to your account on E-Giordano.com. Your account balance will also be displayed on your receipt.

Q: I forgot my password, but the password recovery function does not work. Please help!

Some email providers detect the password recovery as spam. If you cannot receive the notification email, please send us an email from the contact form.
